There is a 70 acre parcel that we are adding into the mix, that is just down the road and by itself is very good for deer and some pheasant. The bottom line is simply that the deer and turkey run the river as one the the best corridors in the area. Photos 2-10 are of the river property and the remainder are of the smaller parcel just to the east.
In addition to deer, turkey and some pheasant and there is also the opportunity for ducks, geese and a good bunch of coyotes to boot!
Overall, there are 240 acres in row crops consisting of a great mix of 120 acres in corn and 120 acres in beans which are at times rotated.
Also adding to the diversity of this ground you’ll find 50 acres in CRP, at least 50 acres of timber, 30 acres of wetlands and not to forget the English River.
